Spring/Summer Advertising Deadline = February 22nd
Premium spaces must be booked and paid for by February 5th.
BEFORE YOU BOOK, READ CAREFULLY:
Premium space holders from the previous edition have first right of refusal. If you would like to be considered a back-up for one of those spots, you must first purchase a full page ad (below). Make a note of the request in the order notes. If a premium space becomes available, I'll begin contacting people on the wait list. Please note: Demand is high for premium spot. There is an upcharge and payment must be made promptly to secure the space.
After premium spots are filled, full page advertisers receive priority placement. Half-page and quarter-page ads are placed alongside like directory listings in the order received. Display ad advertisers from the previous edition are given priority in these spaces. For example, a restaurant ad would be placed in the Food+Drink directory. Ads received after the directory is full, will be placed on a spread featuring other smaller ads and no editorial or directory listing. These spreads are always in the last pages in the guide. I do allow advertisers to split full pages at no additional charge. The only caveat is that the advertising must be presented as a cohesive ad with shared aesthetics. AD DESIGN IS NOT INCLUDED. Minimal ad updates are made at no charge (i.e. minor changes to text, switching out an images). Any ad requiring significant overall will incur a $50 charge (to be approved in advance). Design services for new ads is available: $75 for full page, $50 for half page, and $25 for quarter page.
